Do I need grip socks for mat Pilates?
We recommend them for every Fórma class. The full-sole grips keep your feet planted on the mat, from planks to standing work.
How do the sizes fit?
Studio wear comes in S, M and L, and every product page has a size guide in inches and cm. Not sure? You can exchange for another size within 7 days of delivery.
When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery is PKR 250: 1–2 working days in Karachi, 3–5 working days elsewhere in Pakistan. Delivery is free over PKR 7,500, or collect free from the studio. Cash on delivery everywhere.
